Until you recognize what that problem is, you aren't going to have the ability to help it become better. In some situations, targeting the problem that is making you fight always or which is hurting one of you is simple.

You might be fighting over money or even you're upset that your spouse doesn't appear to have an interest in you physically anymore. For other people, the main reason for the problems may be less obvious. When you have to obtain counseling to figure out what the issues are, then do it. The issue will also be something similar to the fact that your spouse feels unwanted by you since you haven't touched him or her in six months. If your spouse has put on a lot of weight or just isn't taking good care of herself or himself and you don't see your spouse in identical way, you need to put your cards on the table as well. With most of these issues, it's important not to be accusatory or point a finger of condemn. Use the word "I" instead of the word "you".
